Four unequal districts
The collection is a pyramid, not four equal quarters. 4,000 Dreamers do the work of the city; 8 Dominions decide where it goes.

Dreamers
Industrial District
4,000Supply
The workforce, builders and creators
The largest district by far, and the one that keeps the city running. A Dreamer votes, takes part, and picks a starting class if the game is ever built.

Defenders
Security Quadrant
400Supply
Protectors and enforcers of city order
Armoured plating, weapon integrations, tactical modifications. Defenders hold the perimeter and get beta access to combat features.

Developers
Innovation Hub
80Supply
Elite engineers, inventors and architects
There are 80. Developers get priority in feature votes and early access to everything the platform ships.

Dominions
Central Nexus
8Supply
Legendary leaders and decision-makers
There are 8. Less than a fifth of one percent of the collection, and 11% of the holder pool.
The citizens themselves
A sample of the collection. Every citizen is assembled from layered traits, so no two look alike.

Where the rewards come from
Kryphos is built by an operating agency, not by its own secondary market. Summit3 allocates part of what its consulting work brings in to a community rewards pool. That pool is then split as follows.
- To the community
- 70%
- To operations and development
- 30%
Rewards are allocated by district rather than by headcount, which is why the 8 Dominions are weighted at 11% of the pool. They are distributed in SOL to citizens who take part.
Rewards are discretionary and depend on Summit3 having net income in the period. They require active participation, including the annual Morph Event, and can be reduced or stop entirely. A citizenship is a collectible with community access. It is not an investment, carries no entitlement to payment, and no return of any kind is promised.
The Morph Event
Once a year, the first one 12 months after the collection sells out, every holder must morph their citizen on-chain to remain eligible for community rewards. Anyone who skips it forfeits their share, and it is redistributed to those who took part.
It rewards holding over speculating, and it writes new traits onto each citizen as the story moves on. Announced in advance; it takes a few minutes.

How citizenship is issued
Priced by how early you are. The presale is running now at half the public price.
| Tier | Price | Per wallet | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Presale | 0.75 SOL | 1,000 total | Live now |
| OG | 1 SOL | 5 | After the presale |
| Whitelist | 1.25 SOL | 3 | After the presale |
| Public | 1.5 SOL | unlimited | Last |
OG and Whitelist open at the same time, not one after the other. The public mint follows once both close.
