The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party. There is no contact form, no account, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.

What the server sees

The site is static files served over HTTPS. Our hosting provider writes standard access logs to operate and secure the server. Those logs contain your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string.

We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 7 days.

Fonts and assets

All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain. There is no CDN, no Google Fonts, and no external request of any kind, so no third party learns that you visited.

Links off this site

Links to Discord, X, the whitepaper, the GOV platform and summit3.io lead to services we do not control. Following one means their privacy policy applies from that point on. We pass no data to them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write toprivacy@summit3.io.
